On August 24, Ukrainians celebrated 32 years of the Independence of their Motherland. Almost 1/3 of this period is overshadowed with unprovoked Russian aggression, which means uncertainty, insecurity and rapidly evolving challenges for every citizen and entity. In such situation finding the sense of purpose is crucial. Ukrainian businesses accepted the turmoil as a unique opportunity and were able to build on the adaptability and resilience. Empathy had become central to their approach. Energy, motivation, and optimism, comfort with short planning horizons and the quick decision-making are in the core of today’s Ukrainian success.
This year we witnessed the intensification of India-Ukraine bilateral engagement: in May Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and the President of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on the side lines of the G7 leaders’ summit in Japan, in April Ukraine’s First Deputy Foreign Minister Ms. Emine Dzhaparova visited India with official visit, in July India and Ukraine conducted foreign offices political consultations in Kyiv.
