On 20th July 2017, Ukrainian and Indian Sides have exchanged the Instruments of Ratification of the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters between the Republic of India and Ukraine, which was signed on 10th day of December 2012 at New Delhi.
On 20th July 2017, Ukrainian and Indian Sides have exchanged the Instruments of Ratification of the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters between the Republic of India and Ukraine, which was signed on 10th day of December 2012 at New Delhi. In accordance with the provisions of the said Treaty, it shall enter into force 30 days after the date of exchange of the instruments of ratification.
Dr. Igor Polikha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of India and Shri G. V. Srinivas, Joint Secretary (Eurasia), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India have signed the Protocol of exchange the Instruments of Ratification.
