Within the framework of the visit of H.E. Mr. Igor Polikha, Ambassador of Ukraine, to Colombo on December 5, 2017 the Parties exchanged the Instruments of Ratification of the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters and the Treaty on Transfer of Sentenced Persons, which were signed on June 25, 2016 at the city of Kyiv. The above Treaties shall entry into force on the 20th December 2017.
