On October 31 Igor Polikha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of India met with the multiple winner of the International Paralympic Games in high jump, a member of the Delhi Paralympic Association S.Kumar. Ambassador of Ukraine congratulated S.Kumar on receiving the gold medal at the last Asian Paralympic Games (October 2018, Jakarta, Indonesia) and wished further achievements in sports. S.Kumar informed that he has been training for a long time under the guidance of Ukrainian trainers in the city of Kharkiv, and this fact has become the determining factor in his success. Additionally, the athlete informed about his intentions to continue training in Ukraine in order to prepare for the upcoming 16th Summer Paralympic Games to be held in Tokyo in 2020.
