Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated Narendra Modi on his resounding victory in the national parliamentary elections as well as re-election for a second term as the Prime Minister of the Republic of India.

The parties agreed to get a political dialogue under way at the highest level, in particular, agreed on the exchange of visits in the near future. Ways of strengthening of economic ties and  expansion of  military-technical cooperation were also discssed.

The parties positively noted the interest of Indian youth to study in Ukrainian higher educational institutions, interest of Indian cinema in our country, traditional popularity of India among Ukrainians.
