The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of India, Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk, and the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Ukraine, Shri Harsh Kumar Jain, took part in an open lesson for students and teachers of the Kyiv Gymnasium of Oriental Languages No. 1 and congratulated them on the start of the new academic year.

The Deputy Chief of Mission, Counselor (Economic & Trade Affairs), Mr. Ivan Konovalov, who has been the Charge d'Affaires of Ukraine in the Republic of India for the past year, also joined the greetings.

Ukrainian diplomats emphasized the need to deepen cooperation with India and other South Asian countries. The study of foreign languages will make it possible to realise these aspirations in various spheres, in particular at the levels of government, business and civil society.
