On March 5, 2025, Ambassador of Ukraine to India Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk held a meeting with Resident Commissioner of Maharashtra Mrs. R. Vimala.

The issues related to further strengthening of bilateral ties, enhancing business partnerships and facilitating investment opportunities were discussed.

Special attention was given to the scheduled opening of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Mumbai. This remarkable event will significantly facilitate further development of the Ukrainian-Indian trade, economic and cultural cooperation.
