On June 7, 2024, Ambassador of Ukraine to India Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk and diplomats of the Economic Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in India took part in the Interactive Session “India & Central and East Europe: Business and Cultural Connect”, organised by the WTC Business and Industry Association (WTCBIA) in collaboration with the Embassies of Poland and Ukraine in New Delhi.
Ambassador of Ukraine emphasized that "Ukraine is committed to work closely with the new Government of India to preserve the present efficient practice of the bilateral contacts and to further deepen political and inter-ministerial dialogues. We have a lot of bilateral engagements scheduled for this very year, which will bring mutual benefits for both countries. I also cordially invite Indian public and private sector to build closer connections with Ukraine."
Mr. Bogdan Gontovyi, First Secretary of the Embassy, presented opportunities for investment and privatization in Ukraine as well as joint Ukrainian – India ventures in different sectors and prospects of India's businesses participation in the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.
The Interactive Session followed by engaging Q&A session and live discussions.
