Criteria for Joining CodeUA: 

1. Officials, beneficial owners, or controllers of the Ukrainian company must not appear on international sanctions lists, such as those maintained by the UN, OFAC, the EU, or the US. 
2. Companies must be officially registered in accordance with Ukrainian laws or the laws of their jurisdiction of incorporation, with an official presence in Ukraine. 
3. Companies must have a clean record, free from public scandals, including incidents involving substandard work or failure to meet obligations.
