On September 16, 2023, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of India Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk conducted a meeting with representatives of the Indian private sector.

During the meeting, issues of implementation of mutually beneficial bilateral projects were discussed, including post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, deepening of trade ties and attraction of investments in the Ukrainian infrastructure.

Another topic for discussion was the exchange of views on the development of cultural cooperation, in particular joint film production on the territory of Ukraine.

In the context of deepening the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, the Indian colleagues declared their readiness to organize English language courses for Ukrainians.

Oleksandr Polishchuk presented letters of gratitude to the co-organizers of the Interactive Session on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine "Motivation and Optimism: Sharing Experiences" (September 1, 2023, New Delhi) to the President of the Indo-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce & Industry Mr. Armi Channa, as well as to Mr. Pradeep Agrawal, President of the WTC Business & Industry Association, and Mr. Yogesh Srivastava, its Director General.

The Ambassador also emphasized readiness to hold similar events in various Indian states to build horizontal business ties between our countries and regions.
