With reference to the agreements reached during the visit of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba to India (March 28-29, 2024), the 8th meeting of the Joint Ukrainian-Indian Committee on Scientific and Technical Cooperation was held on June 20, 2024.

A wide range of topics on current state and prospects for the development of science and technologies in both countries, priority areas for the further deepening of the Ukrainian-Indian cooperation in scientific and technological sphere as well as implementation of joint scientific and research projects were discussed. The Ukrainian Side also invited Indian partners to open joint centres of excellence in Ukraine.

Cooperation in scientific and research sphere will contribute to further strengthening of the Ukrainian-Indian relations and exploring new opportunities for cooperation.
