As part of the One World One Family Cultural Festival 2025, held in Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, Karnataka, a "Ukraine Day" celebration took place, bringing together culture, tradition, and humanitarian values.

Mr. Artem Nosko, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy and Guest of Honour, addressed the gathering and informed the audience about the security and humanitarian challenges faced by Ukraine due to ongoing Russian aggression. He extended sincere gratitude to the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission for its assistance, particularly in supporting vulnerable groups of Ukrainian citizens forced to survive under Russian attacks.

During the event, the One World One Family Humanitarian Award 2025 was presented to “Ukrainian Family”, an NGO from Kharkiv dedicated to supporting families, women, and children affected by the war.

The cultural programme of the "Ukraine Day" featured a performance by Horlytsia, the folk ensemble from Lviv, which offered festival guests an authentic experience of Ukraine’s spirit, cultural richness, and choral traditions.

The performance also included the bandura, Ukraine’s traditional string instrument, adding a unique sound of national heritage to the evening.

This celebration served not only as a cultural exchange but also as a symbol of solidarity and humanitarian cooperation between the peoples of Ukraine and India.
