Please be informed that in the context of the decision made by the Government of Ukraine related to measures aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus disease in Ukraine (COVID-19), the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to introduce temporary restrictive measures starting from 00:00 (Kyiv time) May 2, 2021 for the period of quarantine on crossing the state border to enter Ukraine by persons traveling from the territory of the Republic of India who stayed in the territory of the state for at least 7 days during the last 14 days, except for:
1) foreigners and stateless persons permanently or temporarily residing on the territory of Ukraine,
2) foreigners and stateless persons who are spouses or children of citizens of Ukraine,
3) employees of foreign diplomatic missions and consular posts, missions of international organizations accredited in Ukraine, and members of their families,
4) foreigners and stateless persons entering Ukraine in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At the same time, foreign travelers who permanently or temporarily reside on the territory of Ukraine, or who are spouses or children of citizens of Ukraine, will be subject to mandatory self-isolation in connection with crossing the state border of Ukraine.
Employees of foreign diplomatic missions and consular posts, missions of international organizations accredited in Ukraine, and members of their families, as well as foreigners and stateless persons entering Ukraine in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will not be subject to self-isolation requirements.
Self-isolation, observation of travelers will stop in case of a negative result of testing for COVID-19 by polymerase chain reaction, which was carried out after crossing the state border of Ukraine.
