Indian Businesses interested in considering systematic support for Children of Heroes

The Embassy of Ukraine in India facilitated an extended meeting between the leadership of the Children of Heroes Charitable Foundation and Mr. Armi Channa, President of the Indo-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IUCCI). The meeting took place in Kyiv on October 19, 2023.
During the meeting, Ms. Tetiana Novytska, CEO of the Children of Heroes Charitable Foundation, presented programs to support children who lost their parents and families. As of the beginning of October, the Foundation provides the needs of nearly 6,500 children of Heroes daily. Over the next five years, its beneficiaries may increase to 25,000.
Mr. Armi Channa emphasized that IUCCI is ready to provide comprehensive support in establishing ties with the Indian business community, focusing on specific steps to provide fundamental support to the Children of Heroes this year.
With the aim of long-term support for the Children of Heroes in providing 100% of their needs, with the support of the Embassy, the Foundation recently started active communication with the business community, government and public institutions of India.
#UniteWorldAroundUkraineChildrenofHeroes - a joint project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Children of Heroes Charity Fund project. Its goal is to unite the global business community with the help of Ukrainian embassies in 17 countries to meet the needs of children who have lost their parents as a result of war.
About the Children of Heroes CF
The Children of Heroes CF helps children who lost one or both parents as a result of the full-scale invasion of Russia. The foundation provides priority financial assistance and psychological and legal support and promotes children's education and development until adulthood.
The Fund's programs and projects are based on an individual approach to each child to meet their unique needs. Every day, 20-25 children join them.
