A Very Special Day at the Embassy of Ukraine in India!
Today we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of selected interns from O.P. Jindal Global University at the Embassy of Ukraine in India, namely:
This marks the first time such a collaboration is taking place - both for the university and for us - and we are truly excited to begin this journey together.
Ambassador Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk personally welcomed the students, wished them a successful and enriching internship, and expressed his strong belief that their work will lead to tangible outcomes.
“I am confident that your time here will contribute meaningfully to our work at the Embassy,” he said. “It’s inspiring to see such bright, motivated young minds engaging in diplomacy and public service.”
The Ambassador also introduced the interns to their dedicated mentors - colleagues from our Economic & Trade, Cultural Affairs, Press & Information, Political, and Consular sections - who will guide and support them throughout the process.
This internship is not just about acquiring skills, it’s about building lasting people-to-people connections between Ukraine and India through education, cooperation, and shared values.
We also express our sincere gratitude to the Office of Career Services of O.P. Jindal Global University for their vital support in making this initiative possible, especially Vice Dean Prof. Meenakshi Tomar, Ms. Saumya Singh, and Prof. Tejas S. Dangore, whose efforts were instrumental throughout the selection and coordination process.
